Am I The Last to Know?

perhaps I am !!
But if not, sit back and simply stare at some of these great images
that come from the free on-line magazine....Lonnymag.

Oh, now only if I had a screened in deck like this I would certainly do the paper shade scenario....
love it!!

Just the right amount of everything.....wouldn't you agree?

The fireplace goes in during the early part of September so I am still always
drooling over fireplace images and this is certainly worthy of that!

Great shots of great rooms with just enough to draw the eye on to something else
in the image that you want to see more of.... like beyond that door to the outside?

A few hits of nice bohemian spaces that I always love....

Okay, I admit, throw a white couch in the mix and I am always blind-sided....

I have to thank René over at Cottage and Vine. She pinned some of these lovely images and I
followed them off to their source!
Glad I did.
Lonnymag.com....... love it!

Oh and Happy Canada Day!

  4. I'm very intersted in the white marlin hanging on that porch. I picked up a damaged on in the dump... maybe when I fix it I'll paint her white! I wasn't thinking that originally, but it looks really cool in white!

  5. Thanks for the tip to look at lonnymag. I went there and looked first at...wait for it!...the bookshelves, of course. Lots of interesting ones. I even had my magnifying glass for some of the titles on the spines. There is one with a lovely brass urn on the shelf between some books and I immediately thought that would be an ideal resting place for ones ashes.

Andrea...I LIKE the idea of the white marlin too. You should do it.

    1. Jill, you make me smile!! You definitely are a reader. You should check out Ricki Jill's blog since she loves to critique a lot of different books. You may discover some new titles there. You have now sent me back to the site to search for the lovely brass urn!! I will let you know what I think about the titles on the spines. I am re-vamping our main space with the arrival of the fireplace being only two months away. Our lonely little library wall is going to increase and move over to the other side of the house....stay tuned.
