Big day today south of the border.
And it was a big day for me and my mom
many July 4th's ago....
well, maybe
not that many?
Apparently I was a 2 week late arrival....
expected to be born under the sign of Gemini and not Cancer.
On top that off there was an ideahope that
I may be a boy and not a girl,
And then of course I popped out with a full head of hair to wash.
I believe it all got rather interesting and busy for my mom from that point forward....
Pretty lucky kid to grow up in a lovely home in a small town on the edge of Georgian Bay,
ski on the weekends all winter long
and go to canoe camp every summer where I could live a life full of adventure!
So Happy July 4th mom!!
