Autumn Beauty

I won't bore you by any attempt to wax poetically about the beauty of this season
I think it speaks for itself.

This is my outdoor decorating for the fall season.
Not much more I can do,
other than enjoy my early morning tea while admiring the skills of this particular decorator.
Nature does it best.

What do you think?

  1. You cannot improve on the natural changing of the seasons...your porch is beautiful under these wonderful trees. I live in high country where we get to see Aspen trees turn gold this time of year and it takes my breath away.

  2. Wow, you look like you are at the peak of the colours. We are only just starting around here. I hope you hang on to some leaves for our French friends.

  4. That's beautiful! I love the light.

We don't have autumn here. However if we drive for a couple of hours to a higher elevation, we can see autumn leaves. They are mainly gold, because the leaves are from oak trees or aspens. There are no beautiful, red maple leaves.

  5. Wow, that is a gorgeous sight, Donna. I would do a lot of porch sitting with tea and enjoy the view. We've had a gorgeous weekend here and in Maine and the nice weather is to continue most of the coming week. Enjoy!

  7. Anything you did would be a pale comparison indeed! Your leaves are at least a week ahead of ours. Save a coffee for me.
