Interesting View

Recently I was in Montreal
and I was intrigued by the view
from my hotel window
Quite something they way they are perched
up there...
the statues represent the thirteen saints of parishes in Montreal that donated them to the cathedral.
It is said to be a scale model of
Saint Peter's Basilica in Rome and is known as
Mary Queen of the World Cathedral.

    Ricki Jill....I thought the same thing looking out my window! :) At first look they caught me off guard. Then I imagine how they stood up to Irene!
    Pamela and Gina...next time I am going to look at them from below, they really are quite lovely!
