The good,
and possibly the bad,
thing about taking a road trip,
is that while visiting homes of friends and family
I find myself admiring the time they have taken to make
their homes warm, inviting....and sometimes functional. ;)
Driving along the highway I had time to reflect
on all the jobs I wanted to get done in my own home.

AND
It didn't take long to sink in
It didn't take long to sink in
that all some of those jobs
were blogged about
by me ......
at a time when I had good intentions of being creative...
getting things done...

Do you know what I mean, been there?
Please say yes.
Well, I decided to make a list (bad thing to do I know)
but I have already started to cross off a few things on that list.
So, first up is this post.....
Reminiscing is what I called it .....

so, I solved the problem of not having a chalkboard wall
by re-vamping my pantry
which is a place I was not completely lovin'
it felt a bit 'junky'

it felt a bit 'junky'
but now, I am lovin' it
here goes, from white cupboards to chalkboard black!!
I got rid of the center post that ran down the middle (remains of the old cupboards from when we removed the doors)
already felt much better and totally gave the space a wider feel.
and now....
You may notice one decision that I have not made..... look closely, see it??

I love the 'new' black cupboard in your pantry. Taking out the divider made it look much bigger. I look forward to seeing the rest of the changes you'll be doing. You have to now that you told us about them lol Have a great week! Pamela
